Calibration is the authentication of the built-in quartz oscillator of the device. During the development of Horometer we paid attention to make more reliable accuracy of the device. To ensure this accuracy, there is an option to calibrate the device. With this calibration you can solve the problem of the oscillator quartz aging. The calibration and the types of built-in quartz oscillator meet with different accuracy needs. During the manufacturing all devices are calibrated to an ultra high accuracy Rubidium-oscillator.

Accuracies of built-in quartz types:

  • TCXO 2 ppm quartz oscillator: +/- 0.2 sec/day.

Accuracies of calibrators:

  • Adjustable VCTCXO 1 ppm oscillator. +/- 3 sec/Month
  • Rubidium oscillator. +/- 0.0001 sec/Month (+/- 1,0 sec/ 833 years)
